About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and non-IT requirements. This internship will provide practical exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Month 1: Unpaid internship/training period.
Months 2–3: 8,000 per month.
Months 4–6: 12,000 per month, upon successful completion of the first three months.
After 6 Months: Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance, business requirements, and management approval.

About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and non-IT requirements. This internship will provide practical exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements shared by the recruitment team.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes against job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions to assess interest, availability, experience, and basic suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and joining status.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Assist in managing multiple open positions and meeting recruitment timelines.
- Support the recruitment team in candidate engagement, pipeline management, and offer follow-ups.
- Ensure candidate information and recruitment records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Coordinate with team members to understand hiring priorities and improve recruitment turnaround time.
- Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resource management.
- Willingness to learn recruitment tools, job portals, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage follow-ups, prioritise tasks, and work collaboratively in a team.
