Additional Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities for blue-collar employees to improve morale, motivation, and workplace satisfaction.

• Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, including best employee of the month, attendance awards, and performance appreciation.

• Conduct regular interactions with shop-floor employees to understand their concerns, feedback, and workplace challenges.
• Support new-joiner engagement and follow up with newly hired employees to improve on boarding experience and early retention.

• Maintain records of engagement activities, employee participation, feedback, and action plans.
