Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring targets and business requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support post-recruitment activities including documentation, joining coordination, and onboarding support.
• Participate in campus hiring and employer branding initiatives whenever required.

Requirements:

• Any graduate with 2-8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in hiring for manufacturing industry roles will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience working on ATS platforms will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and campus hiring initiatives.
