Recruitment Executive

Experience: 25 Years Department: Human Resources Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, salary negotiation. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Work India, Indeed) LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with respective managers. Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and hiring reports. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and close positions within the defined TAT. Requirements Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 25 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in hiring across multiple functions is preferred. Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing techniques. Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
