Role & responsibilities

• Developing Recruitment Strategies:Creating and implementing effective hiring plans to meet the sales team's staffing needs.
• Sourcing Candidates:Identifying and attracting potential sales candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screening and Interviewing:Reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and leading interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Managing the Recruitment Process:Coordinating interviews, managing the offer process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Building Relationships:Developing a network of potential sales candidates and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process.
