About this role
Experience: 3+ Years | Location: Work From Home | Remuneration: 4.0 Lakhs per annum
Job responsibilities will include:
Key Requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requirement to joining.
- Understand hiring requirements from Academy, Sales, Coaching, Operations and Corporate teams.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and recruitment networks.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups and negotiations.
- Handle offer rollout, documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
- Coordinate with HR/management for onboarding and joining.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio and hiring cost.

All you need is:
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably handling end-to-end hiring.
- Strong experience in volume hiring and multiple-position recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking ability.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- Highly organised, target-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Sports, Education, EdTech, academy, or Startup recruitment experience preferred.
