Scope of Services

The consultant will support the full lifecycle of hiring by actively sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary assessments, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment systems and documentation. This role collaborates closely with colleagues and hiring managers to align on staffing needs, evaluate candidate fit, and deliver a seamless, professional, and equitable recruitment experience throughout this 1-year engagement, ensuring hiring targets are met.

• Candidate sourcing and building a talent pipeline through multiple channels like LinkedIn, job portals, head hunting and referrals.
• Screening and shortlisting candidates for suitability.
• Coordinating and facilitating interview processes with hiring managers.
• Drafting hiring documentation, interview assessment details, including offers, appointment letters, and hiring memos.
• Conducting reference checks and coordinating background verification for shortlisted candidates.
• Mapping candidates to company profiles and maintaining a structured database of talent pipeline.
• Managing and updating recruitment processes on the companys HRMS tool.
• Assisting the set-up of Recruitment module on HRMS tool.
• Facilitating the candidate onboarding process, including document collection.
• Generating reports and ensuring hiring practices are in compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Carry out any additional assignments within the purview of the service provider role as assigned by the company.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house consulting experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and candidate databases.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multi-stage interview pipelines.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills to interface effectively with stakeholders & candidates
• Proven capability to assess candidate fit fairly and objectively.
