Recruitment Consultant - Overseas Hiring

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant Overseas Hiring to handle recruitment for UK-based job opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, convincing and candidate-handling skills and be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for UK overseas job opportunities through job portals, social media, databases and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Explain job roles, eligibility criteria, salary, benefits and recruitment procedures to candidates.
• Shortlist suitable candidates according to client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with documentation and visa processing teams.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets/KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Handle candidate queries professionally and provide timely updates.
• Ensure candidates receive accurate information about the recruitment process and job opportunity.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in recruitment, overseas recruitment, UK recruitment, or a similar role preferred.
• Experience in UK hiring/recruitment will be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
• Strong candidate handling and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
