Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates through social media, professional networks, and job portals.
• Post job openings across relevant job boards and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct preliminary discussions/interviews with interested candidates.
• Share shortlisted profiles with the hiring team/client.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Collect required documents from selected candidates and support the verification process.
• Coordinate CTC discussions between the client HR and candidate.
• Support candidates throughout the offer acceptance and onboarding process.
