What Youll Do:
- Source candidates through Naukri and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Pitch job opportunities and engage with potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Work closely with the team to fulfill hiring requirements.
