Recruitment Business Development Manager: Start Your Recruitment Desk

You have won clients and made placements for someone else's agency. Now build your own recruitment desk, backed by Arkscale Ventures.

WHAT YOU GET

• USD 1,000 monthly salary from day 1, so you have a stable income while you build.
• 15% of the profit of the desk you build, including the team you grow.
• Your own company, brand, website, email, CRM, client terms and the whole back office, set up for you.
• We fund the growth: tools, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and your first hires.

WHO THIS IS FOR: A 360 RECRUITER

• You have personally won clients and made placements yourself, with fees you can put numbers on.
• You know a niche well and can name the first clients you would go after.
• You want to build your own desk, full time. This is not a job, freelance work or part time.

HOW TO APPLY: ANSWER THREE QUESTIONS

1. Which clients did you personally win, and which placements and fees did you deliver for them? Niche, numbers and dates (names can be anonymised).

2. What recruitment desk would you build with us, and which first three clients would you go after?

3. Your city, earliest start date, and the best email to reach you.
