Role & responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with ANZ leaders and key stakeholders.
• Lead the management and resolution of operational issues and escalations.
• Partner with onshore leaders to set expectations, monitor performance and drive accountability.
• Support performance management processes, development plans and corrective actions.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder reviews, feedback sessions and governance discussions.
• Promote a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
