  9. Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market

  10. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  12. 1 External Sourcing

  13. Source candidates from existing talent pools and databases

  14. Identify the need for external sourcing based on hiring volumes

  15. Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates

  16. 2 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification

  17. Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles

  18. Source and review resumes

  19. Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools

  20. Match qualified candidates to open requisitions

  21. 3 Candidate Intake and Screening

  22. Manage candidate applications and expressions of interest through electronic phone or paper channels

  23. Pre qualify candidates and develop screening lists

  24. Invite suitable candidates to apply for relevant opportunities

  25. 4 Automated Candidate Screening

  26. Coordinate IVR based candidate assessments

  27. Review and evaluate candidate responses against defined criteria

  28. Share qualified candidates with Staples representatives for further consideration

  29. 5 Recruitment Administration and Analytics

  30. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data

  31. Provide recruitment administration and reporting support

  32. Support recruitment analytics for in scope processes
