  14. 1 External Sourcing

  15. Source candidates from existing talent pools and databases

  16. Identify the need for external sourcing based on hiring volumes

  17. Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates

  18. 2 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification

  19. Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles

  20. Source and review resumes

  21. Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools

  22. Match qualified candidates to open requisitions

  23. 3 Candidate Intake and Screening

  24. Manage candidate applications and expressions of interest through electronic phone or paper channels

  25. Pre qualify candidates and develop screening lists

  26. Invite suitable candidates to apply for relevant opportunities

  27. 4 Automated Candidate Screening

  28. Coordinate IVR based candidate assessments

  29. Review and evaluate candidate responses against defined criteria

  30. Share qualified candidates with Staples representatives for further consideration

  31. 5 Recruitment Administration and Analytics

  32. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data

  33. Provide recruitment administration and reporting support

  34. Support recruitment analytics for in scope processes
