Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across departments.
• Understand job requirements and candidate expectations in coordination with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication and role suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
• Drive offer closures and ensure smooth candidate onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and ATS records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Interview scheduling and stakeholder management.
• Salary negotiation and offer management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
