Role & responsibilities

We are hiring multiple Recruiters, from freshers looking to start their careers to experienced professionals who can independently manage recruitment requirements.

The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial screening calls, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and match candidate profiles with job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates' skills, experience, availability, and interest.
• Communicate with candidates professionally in English.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Manage multiple job openings and meet recruitment targets.
• Build strong candidate relationships and support successful placements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experienced recruiters with relevant staffing or talent acquisition experience are encouraged to apply.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but is not mandatory for entry-level positions.
