Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent for various roles within the BPO industry through bulk hiring, mass hiring, lateral hiring, and volume hiring methods.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting creation, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or sales hiring in a BPO environment.
• Proven track record of success in bulk hiring, mass hiring, lateral hiring, or volume hiring.
• Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
