About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, primarily for Sales and Account Manager (AM) positions across the US and India, based on business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand business hiring needs and deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales, Business Development, Account Manager (AM), and related business roles across the US and India.
• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate suitability against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage salary discussions, offer coordination, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, interview conversions, and offer-to-joining ratios.
• Stay updated on talent availability and hiring trends across the US and Indian markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience hiring for Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or similar business roles.
• Experience recruiting for the US market is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and changing hiring priorities.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and offer management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, ownership, and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in a staffing, recruitment, consulting, or corporate talent acquisition environment.
• Understanding of Sales and Account Manager hiring requirements in the US and Indian markets.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business leaders.
• Comfortable working in a US shift and from the office in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
