Techgen Cyber Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various technical and non-technical roles. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with employee onboarding activities.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, recruitment strategies, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, and similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience hiring for IT, software development, cybersecurity, digital marketing, or technical roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is a plus.
- Experience handling bulk hiring and campus recruitment is an added advantage.
