Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post job descriptions on multiple job boards to attract top talent.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and Zoho Recruit to source candidates effectively.
• Manage the onboarding process and ensure proper documentation for new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and job openings.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and provide timely feedback.
• Assist in the development of employee engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.

Requirements:
