Role:

• Work for Tier1, Fortune listed clients on their Non-Technical & Technical hiring.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Positions will be in line with Niche Technologies, Finance & Accounts, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain/Logistics, US Healthcare, US Insurance (e.g. P&C, L&A etc.), US Investment Banking and more.
• Level of hiring: SME to Director (Ticket Size: 6 lacs to 40 lacs)

Details

• Understand the JD, do keyword research, use AI tools for developing better understanding.
• Identify and source potential candidates from Job Board/Professional Networking Sites, References.
• Screen candidates over the call to check their fitment into the role.
• Create CIDs/Register profiles on client ATS.
• Sharing profiles in desired format with candidate tracker with account lead/client.
• Follow up with candidates and account leads/clients to check progress.
• Interview follow ups.
• Documentation and offer follow ups.
• Post on-boarding follow ups.
• Maintain data in company ATS.
• Track individual revenue.
• If needed take part in client calls

Desired Candidate

• 1 year+ in recruitment
• Must have worked for multinational companies (as client)
• Very good communication skills
• Should be self-driven and revenue oriented (to gain from Mannings exciting incentive program)
• Very strong in follow ups
• Relationship-builder
• Active on LinkedIn

Budget: Industry standard hike on current salary ([phone removed] take home) + Incentives

Working days: Mon-Fri
