Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced VFX Recruiter with strong industry connections and proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment for VFX, animation, film production, and post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and hire specialised talent, including Compositors, Roto Artists, Matchmove Artists, Lighting Artists, FX Artists, CG Artists, and 3D Artists.
• Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, industry networks, and direct sourcing.
• Maintain strong connections with VFX studios, animation companies, and creative professionals across India.
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offers, and joining follow-ups.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical skills, project requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, meet hiring targets, and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills:

• 4–10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in VFX, animation, gaming, or media and entertainment.
• Hands-on experience in VFX artist hiring, animation recruitment, creative recruitment, and specialist talent sourcing.
• Understanding of VFX production pipelines, visual effects, compositing, CG, and post-production roles.
• Strong sourcing, networking, screening, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, and recruitment tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver against hiring timelines.

Mandatory: Candidates must have proven VFX/animation recruitment experience, a strong industry network, and willingness to relocate to Hyderabad.
