Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and employer branding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology hiring.
• Strong experience hiring for Software Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Product, or related roles.
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for AI/ML, GenAI, Data Science, or Product Engineering roles.
• Startup or fast-growth company hiring experience.
• Knowledge of market compensation benchmarks and talent mapping.
