Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of qualified candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and placements made.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring or non-IT recruitment consultancy.
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including headhunting strategies.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently from home office setup.
  
• Proficiency in using internet-based tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
