Recruiter

Drive end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions across junior, mid-

level, and leadership roles

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define role

expectations, and build hiring strategies

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including Naukri,

LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and market mapping

• Conduct structured competency-based and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit
• Lead candidate engagement, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
• Manage hiring metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and quality of hire
• Develop and maintain talent maps of key manufacturing and supply chain talent across target

organizations

• Build relationships with premier institutes and placement cells to support campus and lateral hiring

initiatives

• Support employer branding initiatives through industry events, social media engagement, and

talent outreach programs

• Provide regular recruitment reports and hiring insights to business leaders and HR leadership
• Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging talent requirements

within Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
