Role & responsibilities

1.Understanding Hiring Requirements

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Analyze job descriptions and candidate specifications.
• Identify key skills, qualifications, and experience required for the role.

2. Sourcing Candidates

• Search candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Use various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.

3. Screening and Shortlisting

• Review resumes and applications.
• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Shortlist suitable profiles for further interview rounds.

Preferred candidate profile

Non IT recruiter with 1-3 years of experience with passion for recruiting people. Knowlege of Hindi is a must. Freshers are welcome.
