Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring campaigns for BPO clients, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.
• Coordinate with vendors to source top talent from various industries and locations.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment against client requirements.
• Ensure effective communication with clients throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or BPO hiring.
• Strong understanding of vendor management principles and practices.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
