Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral, campus, and niche hiring. Support sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer management, and onboarding activities. Ensure timely closure of open positions.
What Youll Do:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants
- Screen and assess candidate profiles against job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Drive candidate engagement and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts
- Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, policies, and compliance requirements
- Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring skill requirements
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment experience
- Candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Stakeholder management abilities
- Interview coordination skills
- Negotiation and offer management experience
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in IT, Embedded, Industrial Products, or Manufacturing hiring
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
