Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Identify hiring needs in collaboration with department heads
• Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Source candidates through databases, job boards, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Conduct reference and background checks
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter or HR professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines
• Good decision-making and organizational skills
