Role & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Civil, Project, Safety, Billing, Procurement and Site positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, references and consultants.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate technical/HR interviews, salary negotiation and offer release.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database and MIS.
• Follow up with selected candidates through joining and onboarding.
• Support urgent and multiple-site manpower requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 25 years recruitment experience, preferably in Construction, EPC, Infrastructure or Engineering.
• Experience in technical and site-level recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and WorkIndia.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and locations simultaneously.
• Candidates with immediate/short notice availability preferred.
