Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1 - 2 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for various IT positions.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Understand technical requirements and Job Descriptions (JDs).

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.

* Perform Boolean and keyword-based searches to identify relevant profiles.

* Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, location, and salary expectations.

* Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.

* Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.

* Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions.

* Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

* Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand requirements and hiring priorities.

Required Skills

* 12 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.

* Good knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.

* Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.

* Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.

* Good follow-up and candidate management skills.

* Ability to work with multiple requirements simultaneously.
