Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews and ensuring successful closures and joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Understand job requirements from clients/hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Search, shortlist and screen candidates as per the job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary/CTC and support the offer process.
• Ensure selected candidates complete the joining formalities.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Take regular feedback from clients/hiring managers regarding candidate profiles and interviews.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
