About the Role
We're hiring a recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for end clients. You'll own the recruitment cycle from sourcing to closure.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple client accounts
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn , WorkIndia, Naukri and other channels
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients
• Maintain rigorous follow-up with candidates and clients through every stage
• Keep pipelines, trackers, and candidate data well organized and up to date
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
• Go-getter attitude with a bias for action
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-ups
• Prior recruitment/staffing experience is mandatory
