Recruiter

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• 35 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Experience in recruiting Trainers / Training Professionals will be preferred
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Trainers for various training programs and projects
• Identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, and project requirements
• Conduct initial discussions and coordinate interviews and selection processes
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand trainer requirements and hiring needs
• Ensure timely closure of trainer positions as per project requirements

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with prior experience in Trainer Recruitment / Training Staffing
• Candidates with experience in volume hiring or recruitment for multiple locations
• Strong sourcing and candidate coordination skills
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
