Recruiter

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong exposure to the Automotive industry to join our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automotive industry requirements.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
• Understand Automotive job descriptions and identify relevant technical skills and experience.
• Screen candidates and assess their suitability based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming Automotive requirements.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely submissions and closures.
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on recruitment experience in the Automotive industry is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Automotive roles, technologies, and skillsets.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with Automotive clients or staffing projects will be an added advantage.
