Recruiter

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and/or Non-IT positions.

Understand job requirements and partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.

Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and manage candidate communications.

Track candidate progress through ATS and maintain recruitment databases.

Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollout and onboarding activities.
