Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client job requirements and candidate specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, qualification, location, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and joining targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and status reports.
• Ensure timely joining and documentation of selected candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; HR/Management qualification will be an advantage.
• 14 years of experience in recruitment/staffing.
• Experience in bulk hiring, blue-collar, white-collar, or contract staffing will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong follow-up skills.
