Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, outline candidate profiles, and set recruitment strategies.
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and referral programs.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates based on skills, culture alignment, and role fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from internal panels in a timely manner.
• Manage the candidate pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data and metrics.
• Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and guide selected candidates through the pre-boarding phase.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house or agency setting.
• Demonstrated experience using candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, niche job sites).
• Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on candidate engagement.
• Working knowledge of employment law and equitable hiring practices.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
