Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various BPO roles through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Manage candidate onboarding process from offer acceptance to joining.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (BPO Hiring).
• Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations.
