We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to establish and manage our HR department and support a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee exits.
• Maintain HR policies, employee records, attendance and leave.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and applicable employment compliance.
• Implement KRAs, KPIs and performance reviews with department heads.
• Handle employee concerns, engagement and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience independently managing HR operations.
• Strong communication, recruitment and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and HR software.
