Position: HR Recruiter

Location: RDC, Ghaziabad

Experience: 0–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in hiring the right talent across different functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare/coordinate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining.
• Handle offer negotiation and joining formalities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads for recruitment requirements.
• Prepare regular recruitment MIS/reports and track hiring status.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidate should be self-driven, confident, and capable of independently handling recruitment activities.
