Recruiter

About the Role
We're looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our team. This role isn't limited to any specific industry background what matters most is strong communication and the ability to engage candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Post and manage job openings across relevant job portals
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS in Excel/Google Sheets
• Follow up with candidates through offer and joining stages
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future roles

What We're Looking For

• 1 2 years of recruitment experience
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Comfortable using AI tools to support sourcing/screening
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline.
