Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various positions within the organization through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
