- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for senior management & Junior positions positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates from various industries.

Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in leadership hiring or recruitment in an IT services & consulting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles at senior levels through innovative sourcing methods.
- Strong understanding of current trends in technology hiring and ability to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
