Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for various roles within the BPO industry through lateral hiring, volume hiring, and non-IT recruitment methods.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in bulk hiring, sales hiring, or talent acquisition in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Proven track record of successful lateral hires or volume hiring campaigns.
• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and techniques (e.g., headhunting).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
