The Role

This is an internal-facing role: you won't be recruiting for clients, you'll be recruiting for us. You'll own hiring across the board — recruiters, consultants, and support staff — helping Selections HR bring in the right people as we expand. It's a rare chance to learn end-to-end talent acquisition inside a firm that lives and breathes recruitment.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full hiring cycle for internal roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating offers
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social channels, referrals, and databases
• Screen applicants for fit against role requirements and company culture
• Draft and post job descriptions for internal openings
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and hiring trackers
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process
• Support employer-branding efforts to attract talent to Selections HR

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internships count)
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, job portals, and basic sourcing tools
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple openings at once
• Self-driven and reliable — remote work needs it
• A genuine interest in people and hiring
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a recruitment agency or in-house TA team
• Familiarity with an ATS
• Exposure to hiring across varied functions
