Hiring: Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment.

Location: Parle Point, Surat

Experience: 6 Months+ in Recruitment

Qualification: Graduate / MBA-HR preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, Job Hai.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
• Ensure positions are closed within the defined TAT.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
• Energetic, positive, and fun-loving personality will be an advantage.
