Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle bulk hiring for Oil & Gas, refinery, shutdown/turnaround projects.
• Hire engineers, technical & blue-collar manpower.
• Source candidates through Naukri, social media, referrals & other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per project requirements.
• Manage multiple positions and high-volume hiring targets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for timely closures.

Job Requirements :

• 1–3 years of experience in bulk/mass hiring.
• Minimum 30 hires per month with proven high-volume hiring capability.
• Experience hiring for Oil & Gas, refinery, shutdown/turnaround projects preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with WFH and occasional travel.
