Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support manpower requirements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer process, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
• Support recruitment drives and bulk hiring activities.
• Ensure positions are closed within the required timeline.

Eligibility

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel.
• Target-oriented and able to handle multiple requirements.
