• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Prior experience in IT/Engineering/Automotive recruitment will be an added advantage.
